Tice, Clara Louise

(5/1888 Elmira, NY-2/2/1973) (USA)

   Illustrator, engraver, caricaturist, and painter. She gained fame when Anthony Comstock sought to censor her work on more than one occasion as "indecent." One of her favorites subjects were female nudes.
